Legal agreement governing your use of saldow services

By accessing or using the saldow platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an account and use saldow services. Gambling is restricted to adults only.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

saldow reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
To create an account with saldow, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and Indonesian identification details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any changes occur.
Each User is permitted only one Account on the saldow platform. Creating multiple accounts, attempting to use accounts in other names, or allowing third parties to access your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full liability for such activities. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify saldow customer support immediately.
saldow accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You acknowledge that processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank's processing schedule. While most deposits are credited instantly, saldow is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must have completed identity verification (KYC process) by submitting a valid Indonesian identification document and proof of address. Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in your name matching the name on your saldow Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times typically range from 1 to 24 hours for standard members, with priority processing available for VIP tier members. saldow reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or suspicious transaction patterns.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. saldow monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.
saldow offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are clearly displayed in the bonus description and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are calculated based on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example, a 100% match bonus up to Rp 5,000,000 with an 8x wagering requirement means you must wager Rp 40,000,000 (8 times the bonus amount) before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
saldow reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using deposit/withdrawal strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, exploiting software errors or game vulnerabilities, coordinated betting patterns with other users, or any other activity deemed unfair by saldow management.
All saldow games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Users are prohibited from using any software, bots, automated systems, or external assistance designed to gain an unfair advantage. Collusion with other players, chip dumping in poker games, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each game on the saldow platform has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed. Users must respect these limits. saldow reserves the right to void bets that exceed the maximum allowed stake, particularly during bonus play where maximum bet restrictions typically apply.
All game results are final once the game round is completed and the result is displayed. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that prevents a game round from completing normally, saldow will void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. For live dealer games, if video evidence contradicts the recorded game result, the video evidence will be deemed authoritative.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with saldow services is to discontinue use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account within the three months preceding the claim.
All content on the saldow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of saldow or its licensed content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any saldow content without express written permission.
saldow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other Users. Upon account closure, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings from voided bets) will be returned to the User after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks. However, if the account was closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or serious terms violations, saldow reserves the right to forfeit all funds.
saldow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, platform notification, or prominent announcement on the homepage. Continued use of saldow services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which saldow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of saldow services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
